Made-to-Order Production

All of our t-shirts are individually produced on demand, specifically for each customer. Because of this personalized production process, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection

Incorrect color selection

Change of mind

Personal preference

We encourage you to review our size guide and product details carefully prior to ordering to ensure the best possible fit.

Shipping Policy

We appreciate your trust in our brand. Please review the information below to understand how production and shipping are handled.

Made-to-Order Production

All of our products are printed on demand, meaning each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.

Production Time:

  • 2–5 business days on average
  • Production times may vary slightly depending on product type and order volume

Once production is complete, your order is handed over to our shipping partners.

Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates and begin after production, not at checkout.

Estimated Shipping:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 5–12 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local carrier delays, or peak seasonal demand.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Product type
  • Order quantity

All applicable shipping fees are displayed before purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address
  • Unclaimed delivery

We may offer:

  • A replacement shipment at an additional cost, or
  • A partial refund (excluding shipping fees)
  • We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are not included in product or shipping prices
  • These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you promptly.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Please contact your local carrier first
  • We are not responsible for packages lost after confirmed delivery

Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or peak seasons are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.


Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately due to different production locations. In such cases, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
